As part of this series celebrating graduates I’ve had the privilege to watch grow, Erin’s spotlight is one of deep admiration. Her story is about strength. 

Erin has always had a magnetic presence through her kindness, warmth, and way of with people. But in the past few years, what’s emerged is something even more remarkable: a grounded confidence, a clear voice, and a strong sense of purpose.

Erin’s not someone who needs the spotlight. She creates impact by simply showing up as herself. Whether is was navigating a high school transfer, adapting to a new environment, or building a life at UA on her own terms, Erin handled change with impressive courage. She didn’t just adapt, she evolved and blossomed.

Now pursuing a masters degree in Communications, Erin is doing exactly what she is meant to do. To any team, brand, or organization looking for someone who leads with both empathy and excitement. Erin is the real deal.
