Meet Isabella – A Rare and Radiant Leader

Today, I’m celebrating someone truly extraordinary– Isabella Chhina. This post is part of a short series honoring a few young leaders I’ve had the privilege to watch grow into their own. Every one of them gives me hope, but Isabella reminds me of what’s possible when brilliance meets heart.

As the valedictorian of Loyola Marymount University’s Class of 2025. Isabella exemplifies excellence. That accomplishment alone speaks volumes. But, her true distinction lies in the way she leads. Her commencement speech wasn’t just well-delivered, it was deeply human and inspirational.
